I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room initially had some issues like a loud tumble dryer and cold water, but after being relocated to the sister hotel, the service improved. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't clean, and there was still trash in the bucket. The cold room needed the radiator bled, and I had trouble sleeping on the poor mattress. The cleanliness was lacking, not meeting the standard shown in their advertising. However, the staff were really nice, which was a pleasant surprise considering my initial disappointing impression.
